These terms apply to all users of www.maisonnl.com and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with MaisonNL and visits to the site. MaisonNL reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Everything on this site, including images, drawings, sound, graphics and text, is protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws and treaty provisions. MaisonNL grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, and not to download, except where specifically invited, nor to duplicate, sell or modify, any portion of this site without express written authorization from MaisonNL. You agree not to access this site by means other than that provided by MaisonNL.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. MaisonNL may sell products for children, but we sell them only to adults. If you are under 18, you may use www.maisonnl.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. MaisonNL reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
4. User warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing MaisonNL with accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
Within 14 days you may return your purchase(s) in original condition, with the original packaging (if applicable) and well wrapped and packed with adequate postage to our store:

Within 14 days after receiving the goods in good condition MaisonNL will refund the value of your returned purchase(s) without shipping costs.
Returning goods is at your own expense.
If the goods do not reach MaisonNL in the original condition your right to a full refund may be affected.
MaisonNL is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit.

6. Changes to our terms & conditions and to our site
All prices include 21% VAT.
Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on goods shipped to other countries and/or states.
Customers outside Europe are entitled to shop VAT free.
Please contact us for a VAT refund.
Unless otherwise specified, MaisonNL will use its best efforts to ship all purchases within thirty (30) business days of purchase. When in stock we ship within 5 days. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. MaisonNL will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MaisonNL does not ship purchases immediately to registrants but instead will hold purchases in a credit account pending registrants’ final confirmation of purchase decisions. At their direction, we may ship accumulated purchases in aggregated shipments.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaisonNL and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site.
10. Choice of law
MaisonNL reserves the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.
MaisonNL sends all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive a newsletter regarding iinformation on new products or special offers.
13. Correction/updating personal information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data. This can be done online by making corrections to the relevant data in "My account" or by using the contact form at customer service, or by notifying us by mail (email@example.com).
